Look at sugar added. Most weight gainers have too much sugar in it for me. Remember 5 grams of sugar equals one teaspoon. 😉

I don’t care for them personally. But my metabolism has slowed down at my age. That 2 scoops is approximately 2 days worth of carbs in my current plans/goals. Like @TBU said sugar…

Yeah definitely watch the sugar but also depending on your current body weight and fat those numbers may be too high. Your probably not going to assimilate 55grams of protein and 250 carbs in 1 sitting. I would do 40 gram protein and 100-150 carbs for weight gain amd just do 2 shakes a day. Otherwise I fell you’re just shutting out the excess.

Sounds legit.
Then I’ll split the serving to two instead of all in one hit.
My weight is 167 body fat is at 13%. Oh and my height is 5’6 I’m 21.

Yeah, so 40grams protein is plenty for you in one shot. No way you’re assimilating more than that at 167 lb. keep an eye on your BF with all those carbs and always watch sugar intake

However, I do understand that if you can’t get all your food needs covered cause of work or your really busy, then yes drink away.

Yeah with work they did the trick for me to get where I am But definitely only stuck to one specific massgainer and it was expensive! Most of them are a waste of money the one you have is ok but was to chalky for me

I don’t really believe in powders I believe that real food is much better than the dietary supplements on the market I don’t even trust 98% of the dietary supplement companies.
Your different though not enhanced and 21 so you can honestly take in anything you want and hit it hard try to keep your carbs and protein up just like your doing with the powder but take this time to start molding your diet into a training diet.
Plan out your macros for your goals and start to track your protein carbs and fats with possibly an app or a notebook. This will definitely help you in the future especially if you experiment. Raise your carbs see what happens raise your protein see what happens. These will tell you things that in the future will come in handy when planning your diet for a cycle or even a natty bulk.

I don’t like the mass gain powders. Alot of unnecessary junk. They are convenient but that’s it.
