Time To Get Lean With USP

What’s up guys. Been in the gym for almost 3 years now. In the beginning had absolutely no idea what I was doing and just got fat trying to put on muscle and get strong. About 11 months ago I actually learned about diet and started tracking macros and then about 5-6 months ago I hired a coach and things have really been going good since. I’m currently 5”10 and 222 lbs. still fairly new to the ped world and still have lots to learn. That was the main reason of hiring a coach to make sure I was doing things right. Just coming off of a cruise and now it’s time to get lean and primed for a long growth phase and try to get huge!

Still no deadlifts until I know my back is 100% it’s close but not quite 100%
Pull days are short and sweet because coach pulled volume from back day a little while back.
Did second pin of @US-pharmacies today still no pip and smooth as butter! Can’t wait for it to get kicked in and things get rolling!

Delts and upper back ✅
Pretty solid session. Getting a really good mind to muscle connection on a lot of my lifts. Also used one of them straps with the rings on my cable lateral raises prolly never use a handle again!

Never tried that. Feel like those cuffs give you better isolation?
I felt the contraction and stretch in my delt like I’ve never felt before and was able to go more slow and controlled. Pretty much took the forearm and grip out of play and didn’t feel it in my trap at all
 
I don’t bench very often nor do I train necessarily for strength or prs but every once in a while I like to see where I’m at. Threw 405 on a couple weeks ago and got it pretty easily while just on cruise doses. Definitely could’ve got more but not worth risking the injury

Solid session forsure. Body is feeling really good right now. Hack squats didn’t even bother my knee. So that’s awesome! I’m gonna try and defy odds and try to still put on some tissue while cutting fat. May work for a little bit lol
