The longer I train, the more I trust the bro science on certain things.I was younger but all the crazy doses work for PL and bodybuilding, so do some exercises. “You feel it…” Aas work but if you’ve done 1500mg of test, and 6 other things, you have to eat then nap, diminished returns. Tired all the time. A little more mad, just want train and feel the strength or pump. If anyone saw the Evan Centapani video about getting serostim or saizen from the patients with wasting disease like AIDS or the like, doing 20 is a day and felt horrible, hands hurt, bloated…tirebd. but won nationals and pro shows that year. I personally believe 600 grams of protein and fat, and taking drugs is probably not good for the kidneys. A ton of glucose not good. I use the pee test for protein, glucose, nitrate and a few more
