Top of the morning to ya,diets and training

Woke up a little bit ago with a headache took a asprin,gonna make some coffee,then do traps.Gonna eat first though,R1 shake chocolate,strawberries,2 bowls raisin bran crunch.Then at 8 3 pieces toast homemade strawberry jam and a can of tuna.
 
Good morning my brother.

For me it’s the usual oats n whites coffee water meds… in a couple of hours it’ll be tuna, chicken or cheese sticks with a 1/2 cup granola.

Some sort of conditioning no weight training today

4 hard boiled eggs and a cup of black coffee. Doing dumbbell full arm routine when I get home. I think that the 2-3 dozen trips up and down a 10 story building today with materials and a helper who is miraculously “out sick” today should count for legs.
 
Eggs and potato for breakfast.

Cooking some ground beef to have for my mid day meals throughout the week.

Working today, after work hitting legs.

Having some fresh salmon for dinner. I didn’t get a chance to go fishing this weekend, but dad did and he did well so he gave me a few so I’m set
 
Can slam them at the coast right now. Not quite up in the rivers yet. Soon enough I’ll be able to drive 5 minutes to spots in town and be able to slay those bad boys. Coast is only an hour from me so not a big deal either way
