Oh sweet! We got tested again for RMR and DEXA to get a good baseline, since it’s been about 5 years and her RMR was still at 1,950, which is good for 40, 5’2”, and 130. But, she’s been pushing the calorie deficit a bit much IMO, even though she knows better. Normally about 250 deficit is what she pushes when trying to lean out, but she’s pushing it 500+, so adding the Primo with VAR will help tremendously.
