Training/cutting and supplant intake

Morning brothers,

I started dieting with a low carb intake, high protein base. Was going to start a cycle. I’m focusing on running and leaning out. Was wondering what’s a good starter to focus on with supplements and what types of circuit training.

Whats going on fellas! Appreciate the heads up. My bad. New to this, been lifiting for a while now, primarily bodybuilding. 6’0 240 looking to get some knowledge for a cut down. Diet usually consists of 3000 Cals for maitenence, but I’m wanting to decrease that to 1800 and go on a low carb diet. Looking to see what i should do to maintain strength and lean muscle. Any help and training tips appreciated!
Are these your stats and everything still ?
 
When you say you got sick did you lose weight and how did your cut go? Do you know your protein intake in grams and carbs?

Just trying to figure out a good route
 
Lost 6 pounds. I just feel extremely weak! Couldn’t throw up more then 185 for three times. I felt tired and weak. I was going to do a 100 carb intake a day and 235G protein a day. Calories would be 1800.
 
This I believe is why your so weak is because of your deficit and carb intake. A cut is hard you should try to adjust your diet for more macros and then start to xrop your macros and cals over time rather than all at once especially after being really sick your body needs to regain its strength and recover just like we rest to let our muscles recover.
 
I’ll parrot what @Bigmurph said. You’re running some low macros. You’re probably very weak from sickness. Gotta eat brother. I probably wouldn’t operate in a deficit until your body heals completely.
 
If you’re interested in running a cycle I believe that you can as long as you have nothing pre existing conditions. I would wait though until you feel much better because the hormone’s might actually make you feel worse.
I always prep to run a cycle you will get better results and its definitely worth it especially since its been a month you want to get back in the routine.

First cycle
Testosterone 300mg-500mg split 2x a week
Arimidex use if necessary
Nolvadex pct
Clomiphene pct

That’s a solid first run but your diet will determine everything that the compounds do

Another guy my boss knows started working with us, have him doin 300 per week split twice a week,he loves it, and only 30p a week and he put on 6lbs real quick, a little goes along way

If your focusing on running I’m not sure I would do a cycle unless you just want to maintain the muscle you have personally I would set goal of weight loss or maybe even just body composition look hit that then add test to start to build muscle while doing a weight lifting program. If I’m going to run a cycle my main focus would be building muscle not running which can break it down
