Dead’s which was dead felt great till 600 then back said go up I dare you. So goig to do smith hacks skip hip thrust cause back and eat some pulled pork
 
Trained some legs. Had 3 egg western omelette and put it on a wrap so I could eat on the run. Mixed some egg whites with my protein shake and had some PB on some toast. Upping my calories a little during PCT.
 
Oats n whites. Probably hamster wheel in a bit. 2 hours left in my work week. Then it’s party time which consists of nap… coffee… maybe an oreo or two.
 
Two eggs + 100 grams of egg whites
1 cup oat meal w/ cinnamon
6oz chicken breast

Cardio- running 2 miles at park
Squats- push ups- lunges - burpees

For starters
 
Man, my life seems like it is crazy. Being a single dad when I have the kids is wearing me the hell out. I feel like I am doing a million things and getting nothing done. I prowl around when I can, but I am trying to be a bit more active.
