Hi all new here and hoping to gain some advice . 44 year old female Irish hitting cardio and weights 5 / 6 days a week. Struggling with weight loss in the last 2 years - varied health reasons now resolved . Food / diet mainly keto. Hoping to gain some knowledge on fat burning stacks within this community

First I would make sure you are tracking macros etc and you’re in a deficit. It seems like medication weight gain can be more stubborn for whatever reason so kudos to you for sticking with it.

Inject L-carnitine, 400mg daily. Oral L-carnitine is going to be a waste of money most likely.

Yohimbine is another “natural” aide that actually show some results.

ECA stack is a good one. Make sure you get ephedrine HCL.

Albuterol tabs.
 
My experience as an old man that has to be careful with stimulants.

It’s taken since august of 2020 (just prior to my 59th bday) to lose ~18 pounds of bf.

First i had to get my health in order a1c/blood sugar. Once I got that straight with logging everything I stuffed in my cake hole and doing cardio (yuck) along with continued weight training.

I dropped 10 lbs in no time…maybe 6 months. Down to 210.

I wanted visible abs for my 60th birthday.

I cut my carbs back to ~125 a day and did hi/lo cardio 2x a week maybe 3. Cut fat back to less than 75 a day. That worked. I got down to 205 for my bday with visible abs.

With all that… what worked for me was counting every morsel I ate…some hi/lo intensity cardio on hamster wheel. Tried my best to keep carbs as close to training as possible. Elevated my rep range on all assistance exercises to 12 reps or so.
 
Hey welcome! The thing I would concentrate on is diet. Weigh out your food, guessing can have you WAY off if you’re new to it. I did minimal cardio and saw great results. You just can’t push through a plateau if your already doing a hour a day… just be consistent with your dieting and you should see good results. Best of luck 🙂

I do way better losing bf lifting weights consistently then cardio. especially with a solid leg day one or two times a week. Lifting with legs uses a ton of calories. Lots of energy needed for them big muscles

Never tried fasted cardio but it works great for a lot of people. Basically do walking or whatever activity in morning before you eat. Your glucose in your blood will be minimal so your body will have to attack fat for energy. Where as later in day you have energy supplies in your blood from eating.

Intermittent fasting works great also.

I personally like Helios. It’s a combo of ycombine and clenbuterol. It’s powerful stuff. So don’t use a lot of it and don’t have other stimulants if taking it. Coffe nicotine etc. and drink a gallon of water a day and lots of electrolytes or the cramps will be brutal. Do Not Use Clen if you have any heart issues.

Like mentioned before ECA stack is probably better. Much easier on system.
 
Yes I am looking into the Eca stack not alot of these products are available in Ireland so trying to find the right one for me . Doing a lot of research on clen Oxandrolone and Stanozolol . I’m lifting heavy however ramping up to my PB. A lot Of learning to be done so I appreciate all the advice .

I’d stay away from stanzanol Won’t help unless your bf is really low and will dry out your joints. Don’t think anavar will help much with weight loss. I think it’s more for finishing a cut. but will certainly help with lifting.
 
There is no such thing as a bad question. You don’t have to say forgive me. Better to ask questions then make mistakes.

Deca is a nor19 steroid commonly used for bulking. I think it would be extremely bad for female hormone balance. ECA is a stimulant stack used for fat loss. I believe it is ephedrine, caffeine and abuterol??? Is that correct @Poppy
 
Welcome. Tracking macros is really the best way start. You can’t out train a bad diet. The eca stack will help with keep your cravings down while keeping your metabolism burning. Once you got a solid routine in place a low dose of var could help build some lean muscle. If you use the magnifying glass we have older articles about var and eca advice from women that used to be on here. Hope this helps
 
I wouldn’t jump to AAS right away (winstrol and anavar) that’s a card to be played farther down the road.

I dont think you’d need Yohimbine and clen. I prefer albuterol over clen.

Before any of these get used, make sure your diet is in absolute check. They won’t do what you want unless that’s on point.
 
Still here yes . Still researching and working on cal intake once more to ensure deficit. I am really trying to figure out how legit / real versus dude for what I want to buy. How do you know it’s authentic
 
The hard truth is you don’t.

If they’re sponsors on here then they’ve been vetted and have had no complaints.

It’s aggravating for sure but it’s a process and I’m confident you’ll figure it out.

Unfortunately you’re over the pond and I’m not real informed on anything special you have to deal with.
 
There’s a product called “roidtest” you can buy that’s fairly accurate. It’s not perfect but can eliminate bad or stuff being passed off for another product. Like @Poppy said we have solid sponsors here but you do have an option.
