Welcome to UGM. Straight up diet and exercise always worked for me. I’ve lost a ton of weight and put on substantial muscle mass but I also have been running gear. I don’t think it’s as easy for women though. All guys really need to get in shape beyond the obvious is a little test most of the time. My only suggestion is to hit a wall or a plateau before running anything, this will also make any gear work better and your lifestyle will already be disciplined and on point. Good luck, Erin Go Bragh
