It was ok. I don’t think i pinned enough to get the full benefits.

I had 100mg/ml so I would of had to pin at least 4 times or pin large quantities at once…neither of which I’m real keen on. Plus I’m usually very cautious with this stuff as I age.

It treated me ok…probably would have been real good if I did a bit more.
