Using hooks to offset lagging parts

So I recently started using hooks to bring up my non dominate arm. Worked amazingly well that now without hooks my “weak” side is now stronger then my strong arm.

I find using it on machines helps me change the angle and isolate more for my back as well. Anyways. At the gym now and noticed a huge improvement so thought I’d share.

My gym isn’t big I feel like whatever your talking bout they don’t have

I picked myself up a pair of these from the River. So far I really like them. I go until my grip is too fatigued and then I am adding these in. I have been able to increase load which I am excited about.

Thanks for the pump (lead) @TG.

Hooks are great man, often we’ll realize our grip goes before the muscle we are targeting will. So it definitely helps isolate and not have to focus so much on grip.
