Very pleased with my physique

Well after a 25 break from bodybuilding I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased with the physique I brought to compete. My coach Evan’s quote was” what you did is EXTREMELY rare and impressive” that coming from an IFBB pro like Evan meant a lot. As a BB we always have doubt going in to compete. We think man my arms are too small or wish my back was thicker so to have his confidence in me was huge.

When I do this meet as long as I hit ear my gum lifts I’ll be happy I was over pl for a second but after the last squat sessions and getting basically 700 for triple im back in baby

Had labs drawn and they were decent. Liver is up which was expected and hdl was way down, again expected. Other than that all looked good so take some time to relax heal my gut issues and get back to work
