Vitamin B6 for prolactin reduction

so dont know if this is the right catagory.
so i’ve heard it a few times around the gym about taking b6 for prolactin sided while running tren. so i googled “b6 for prolactin” then clicked on the link to researchgate. of course most will take caber but in this study where 60 lactating women were tested in 3 groups some using b6 and some using caber and a control group with a placebo. and the results were a high dose of b6 daily 300-1000mg had a great effect in lowering prolactin levels very close to the group using caber. and its safe and side affect free. you can get b6 over the counter any where. check out the study.

Ive seen this study before and it could work but if I was worried about prolactin I wouldn’t be able to trust a dietary supplement.

Has anyone actually tried this regimen?
 
I take b6 more for just a added safety precaution, but I use prami for my main prolactin defense. The amount really needed to see results are actually dangerous to the nervous system for long extended period of time. If you can’t get prami or caber then I could see the need. But it’s a risk reward thing just like everything else we do.
 
The results was for women. Does the article have any comprehensive report on men?
 
I’ve seen one I’ll try to find it sometime this afternoon. Only reason I know this is when I couldn’t get caber I was researching it. Went with prami instead which isn’t bad if you make sure your dosing right.
 
that particular study was just women. but 60% of them on b6 had significant reductions. i was thinking whenever i finally run tren ill take b6 with my other vitamins to see if it works and keep caber on hand just in case
 
If you’re not prone to prolactin sides you should be fine. Plus, from most I read the sides don’t come until upper doses.
