I suck at investing and have just recently joined the “at home stock traders” crew… maybe up a G in a few months. Nothing to brag about but it’s nice to make money moving money from account to account…

How bout a section where we can discuss investment opportunities and potential $$ growth?

I think that when we talk about investing, and sharing ideas, it opens the door to a lot of shit. People really get bent out of shape if you say that this or that might be a good investment, and then they do it and lose big. Money really does bring out the worst in people.

If I recommend 1000mg of Tren and 2000mg of Test a day does not the intelligent human evaluate the information?

What I was suggesting is an open discussion that occurs in a number of places to include reddit, quota, Webull, etc… Money spent is money spent…

If anyone buys a “thing” purely because someone says to they are an idiot.

I’m proposing an open discussion of market trends- @Bigmurph has openly discussed Bitcoin halving and its effects. Why not have a section for discussion of market trends and potential for growth- not a PONZIE scheme.

For example- Microsoft is releasing earnings this week- I suggest they will beat market analysis of earnings and their shares today support that… I bought 5 shares and made close to 100$ …

I’ll happily take tips, especially intelligently resourced info…

Or let it go…

Money and religion man…don’t step on toes. What I’m saying is a year ago there was a “sponsor” here who had great reviews and recommendations that burned a bunch of folks…if you choose to spend your money in a particular fashion it’s your business. No one does anything to someone else without their participation.

Let’s stick to politics and gear!

There are a ton of smart folks here…@Bigmurph @TG @TGU and a bunch of others. Had I listened to their vague advice on Bitcoin id be up a ton.

So to @Bigmurph idea of a scam- Yes, if every member of UGM bought 1000 shares of a shit stock we could drive the price up and cash out- we would also be investigated and fucked. Not what I’m suggesting …

Let’s talk about market trends and potential growth- not just muscular growth or diet change or personal growth - which UGM is amazing at. How many addicts are here talking about change? Do our recommendations for recovery hold us to liability? NO! It’s a place for talk and exchange and I would love to make some more money!

You can talk about whatever you want but there are limits with everything we can talk about here I believe that everything is fine if you want to talk about investing go ahead I don’t mind

Honest Brother I don’t know what’s acceptable or not…
If it’s gonna bring heat to UGM it’s a shite idea…
I was really looking for smarter folks to help understand P/E ratios, theta burn, volatility, volume…etc
I have a huge trust investment in UGM members and their commitment to a community that helps brother and sister alike.
Not making waves man!!!

Discuss investments and make the threads. That’s fine. No issues. If they gain traction or interest then we can categorize them.

The problems start when people say join X app and give them $300 and they’ll give you $1000. Or go with X guy on Instagram and he can make your money go from Y to Z. That’s where the scams come into play and thats not allowed.

But regular discussions on investments and stocks is fine. I encourage anyone to learn more and try to learn more. I’m personally best dealing with crypto. I have been good with that since beginning. @TBU I know understands and does well in other investment areas.

You wouldn’t want me talking bout investing whatever I touch seems to burn to the ground overnight. I got the devil sitting on my shoulder

I am not 100% accurate on investing, but I do follow trends pretty well. Long term I do all right. Short term I do pretty well. It’s about following the news and trends for short term. Small cap funds are quick money but very risky. Large cap funds for the most part are slow and smooth. Depends a lot on your age and how much you want to risk. And you can’t be the bail out guy first sight of trouble. Anyways. I’ll always talk about the market and what has worked for me. Doesn’t mean it’s the best, but gives you a few things to look at 😁
