ok…so what would be your weapon of mass cheatstruction…or refeed?

the day when you crave and or u reached a goal and you want to treat yourself for the day?..the whole day? or just one meal of the whole day?..which one and which of the below would it be…feel free to add to the list 🤣🤣🤣

DEEP DISH PIZZA

MEAT LOVERS THIN CRUST PIZZA

A STACK OF PANCAKES

THE BIGGEST SLOPPIEST BURGER

A 24 OZ STEAK WITH LOADED POTATOES

LARGE ORDER OF FRIES

A PARTY TRAY OF SUSHI ROLLS

CHINESE FRIED RICE

FRIED CHICKEN

APPLE PANCAKE

i will proudly add o have avoided all ov the above pretty much since september except for the burger which i had a couple months ago for my b day dinner…

so i am excited to have a day i can let loose and curious to see…

and knowing me i will freak out in the process and back out at just one meal lol!! but i would like to do a whole day! (whipering: usually consist of one or two meals anyway 😂😂😂😂)…

what the weapon of mass cheatstruction should be!

I have two cheat days on back day n leg day, so bacon cheese burger (venison), Sicilian pizza, cotton candy, half a apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream, bagel bites, strawberry frosted Dunkin’ Donuts, fruity pebbles, Number 2 from McDonald’s, wonton soup w/ beef on a stick n egg rolls, homemade Mac n cheese, gushers, Carmel n cheddar popcorn
 
Chips! i have not had potato chips im over a year! love potato chips…o had to stop because once i had a handfull of tbe largest sized bag tbey have…its all gone i two sittings…the first one when i first open the bag…and the second one after i realize i want something to drink with it…get up go get it…then come back ans sit down with the bag 🤣🤣😋😋
 
No joking here I have my own section in my kitchen specificifly for the two cheat days, n sometimes I just order out… and my metabolism would prob let me eat like that all week if I wanted
