Years ago when I was a work leader on the shop floor… i lead from the front and expected everyone to keep up. I was a little difficult to work for at times.

We had a plant wide re-issuance of id cards and you could put your nickname at the bottom. My whole shop got together and had them put “sweetheart” on mine. Sooooo for 5 years that’s what I had on my badge. Hahaha
