Good morning all.went to gym this morning brought my daughter with,she did a few things,mostly just took selfies…then we made pancakes,turkey sausage,and a big fruit salad.Not doin shit the rest of the day. My dads comin over later,we might venture across the street for some beers and wings.Hope everyone has a great weekend,count our blessings gentlemen.
 
Same old shit for me. Ate some cheese, eggs and beef hotdogs. No carbs. Will eat some chicken quarters and scrambled eggs later.

Just got a new Garmin watch since my other cheap one stopped working. Liking the setup already. But alot to learn since not a touch screen. Harder to find shit but accuracy is way better.

I feel like doing back tonight. Leg still major fucked up and elbow pain still there. Found one peptide but waiting on arrival.
 
Got a phone call yesterday from the folks that sell all the 4wd accessories…trucks jeeps etc. big operation with cool catalogues and website out of Arizona.

Some freaktard had ordered a bunch of parts to be delivered to an address in the western part of nc under a different name. He used my credit card number security code name and billing address. That threw up flags and the store caught it. They canceled everything and gave me his name and delivery address.

Several things crossed my mind.

Drive 5 hours to confront whom ever was at the address. Probably just a drop point… person maybe had nothing to do with it.

Call that county sheriff dept. It’s rural so it might be cousin bubba… nothing will happen.

Looked up the name. There’s a couple hillbilly looking dudes in that area.

Thing was. I’ve never taken that card out of my wallet. Not once. Interesting very interesting.
 
Of course there’s always sending mail to that address. I’ll give it some time then maybe embark on it.
 
Either got info online somewhere or someone skimmed your wallet. Flipper zero is popular now and while they claim it can’t steal the ccv info some have been able to brute force it and some retailers online don’t ask for it or even check it.

Depending on amount report it to feds. There’s a report system for it. If they got yours they’re getting others also and using it. If they’re not the brightest they’re most likely drops for others and taking a percentage.
 
Afternoon gentlemen. Had biscuits and gravy, with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage links. Then pineapples, banana, and fried apples. 16 oz ribeye and sweet potatoe for lunch. Hitting chest, tri’s, and biceps later this evening. Thankful for my many blessings
 
For breakfast I had my shake.: cup of oatmeal a cup and a half of milk 8 egg whites. One banana three tablespoons of peanut butter… Drink that shit worked out chest and calves now I’m eating sweet potato and 6 oz of chicken breast… I also have two more containers of sweet potato and 6 oz of chicken breast I will eat. Indecisive on my 5th meal when I get home from work
 
Been on 750mg test e for a couple weeks EQ starts @ 750mg on monday. Going to slowly ramp up hgh to 5-6iu or so per day, currently at 2 going up .5iu per week, as i dont want to deal with my hands being numb all the time.
Other than that the weekend has been good, friday night i got high with girlfriend and we sang karoke at home. Then today i hit a PR since i hurt by shoulder(SLAP tear 2 years ago) at 380lbs. Tomorrow is study day. Weighing in around 260lbs ± 5lbs. Eating 300g protein per day 600g carbs and low fat around 60g. Calories are around maintaneance at this weight so just having some, life has been good, god i love bench some weight again. I will start a log on monday i believe for a 20 wk test/eq cycle
 
Nothing exciting on my end. Working nights. Eating the usual chicken and rice, beef and broccoli with rice. English muffin with peanut butter. Cheesy Eggs and potatoes. Protein shake.
