Hi all.fuck the gym today.went to dunkin with my niece and ate a garbage breakfast,donuts, wake-up wraps and coffee it was delicious.
Bout to go take a hike with niece,then lunch will be more junk probably,and dinner to,oh fucking well I guess.Thinking I might go hop on the quad and get a good dose of adrenaline riding on the road,in 5th,no helmet is exciting for me.hope everyone is having a good weekend.
 
At a free festival where larger festival will be held in June food wasn’t much today still have not cleared out yet so hydrating and acid it is

I hate cardio,I do enough at work,I hunt all over the place,fish all over the place and hike on a regular basis,I'm a huge fan of tire flippi g,but I call it conditioning.
 
Matter a fact,I'm about to go do some flipping,and the first song I will put on is...it's a amusing song,and I can relate to most of the song.

Yesterday I seen some great lifting on the platform. What stuck out to me was 181lb kid pull over 600lbs. We were in the same weight class but he was easily 3 inches taller. He had a great squat and bench too.

Also seen another tall lanky kid squat over 400 too… good kid.

All fine young men with some seriously great lifts. I was impressed.
