Hey all, thanks for all the info, support and well, I've been corrected when needed.

Short story. Swimmer, made state, Army Infantry, Law Enforcement and then alcohol and fat.

2014 was at 212 at 23%
2019 was at 299 and I don't need to quantify that.

2019 to 2021 down to 230.
2021 to 2023 plateaued. Life, lot's of trauma.
2023 diet, hard work ended up at 175 and no muscle left. The yo yo of unintelligent calorie deficits and exercise anorexia sessions, catabolism sucks.

I had to run a truck at work. Back up to 240.

09MAR05 I found the page from a link on Platinum Pharmaceuticals page.

Alcohol, bodyfat and diet with age testosterone was at 641 and PCP said to wait on TRT

Was 243 at 34% bodyfat. Fuck this.
Diet:
Chicken, Rice, Yogurt, Protein Shakes, Grapes, Pineapple Etc.. oh Peanut Butter. I know that's limited have a good multi and fiber.
Macros avg 240C 240P 100F 2700 to 3100 calories.

Now I am at 177 and 19.1. Little saggy not a fat fuck.

Took some time off ftom lifting. Taught PE during the day and office job at night.



Just did my phys. BP 116/70 HR 65
Waiting on labs I have to do my own Test and E.

This last 4% is killing me. More cardio 2x daily. Just 1 mile elip and 1 mile tm.

I log every set and rep .5 more pounds or ine more rep. I hurt. I smell. Inread NIH shit on HR and beta 2 receptors like shit way over my head.

I learned discipline, not eating for pleasure. Hard work I forgot what that was.
And I'm not fucking fat.
Anyway I want to start adding muscle and size but bodyfat is still 19.1
