I just needed to vent for a minute. I have 2 new clients and 1 existing client. 2 natural and 1 on gear. 2 males and 1 female.
They are willing to put in the time, put in the effort and have a lot of motivation to use their supplements/gear and are willing to push themselves to the brink of death through a workout.
But that’s not all they have in common. None of them want to follow the damn nutrition plans laid out for them.
It’s all the same shit. “It’s too boring,” “I just don’t have the time,” “It’s too hard because …” “It’s too expensive” “I could never eat that much” blah blah blah.
WTF Over?! It’s only the most essential tool and path to success and they have every excuse in the book as to why they just CAN’T do it. I try to push it in the their heads but they just refuse to accept the facts. Smh. When they all fall short of their goals and they refuse to change the way they eat and fail, I’m the one they come to. Cussing me out and blaming me for their short falls and lack of progress and or succes in achieving their goals. Which are all fucking outrageous by the way. Lose 30lbs in 2 months with not eating properly and slacking on cardio? Not gonna happen!

I could never be a coach because I kill the people that I was coaching I wouldn’t be able to deal with their bulshit fucking excuses. Honestly don’t know how to get all you with that shit you in PhD and all the other coaches out there how can somebody sit there and put all that work into the workout put all the work Alta showing up and doing what needs to be done but yet can’t show food down the throat the easiest part my favorite part if you really want my opinion I don’t know how you guys are doing it

I hear ya bro. It’s just part of being a coach. I had one that just quit on me after I gave him his update with a 16 week gear plan. He said it’s too much a chore lol I was like what?? This is easy. I try not to take it personal but we do it’s just our nature to want to help. We see the potential in people that they don’t see.
 
Working out is a chore its one that gets you big and healthy SMH
I can’t understand why anyone would be interested if they didn’t expect that it takes work
 
Thats the thing that pisses me off man. They are willing to do the workouts but can’t seem to take a few hours to meal prep or even attempt to eat according to their nutrition guidelines. Example from the female…
Me: How did it go yesterday?
Her: I think it went great but I’m just finding it hard to eat this many calories.
Me: Ok, well the process takes time to get used to. How many calories did you eat yesterday?
Her: Umm I don’t know, maybe 1,400?
Me: You don’t know? You are supposed to be tracking your calories and your goal is 1,754 calories.
Her: Well I got really busy and I’m just not that hungry and can’t eat all of that food and I hate eating the same foods all the time.

This is the bullshit I’m talking about.
