What to do about a sweet tooth?

So right about mid day for me at work I get this incredible urge for something sweet like candy or a chocolate bar… it doesn’t go away until I get home and drives me nuts! Any suggestions?

Robert Irvine’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Fit Crunch…

You can find them at Costco @Fitraver… 🤣😎

I personally agree with fit. Will power is what it takes to achieve our goals. I ain’t against going off reservation but rarely will it happen when I am aiming towards a goal.

If I am in a routine, cycle or event to accomplish something there is very little that will persuade me from my focus. When it comes to food… eating by the clock is my go to strength.

Supplementing with l-glutamine is a source to control sugar cravings.

I know I can get the l-glutamine on amazon but what about the peanut butter crunch bar?
Edit… yes they do sell the Robert Irvine bars on amazon!

I do not drink any soda at all, only water… at work it’s regular water, at home it’s carbonated. I just can’t do soda any more i’ve completely lost the taste for it. If I do even touch a soda it’s because I’m splitting a drink somewhere out with my wife and kids. But I get your point

The will power is there it’s just so damn frustrating. Seriously drives me nuts enough to almost put me in a bad mood at work

The ice cream definitely wouldn’t work very well because I work in a warehouse/ factory… I could do that at home but for the sweet tooth at work, ice cream wouldn’t last 5 seconds here.
Also @Andrew0409 my wife usually puts a few squirts of that flavor stuff in my jug of water first thing in the morning but that’s gone about 1hour into my shift. I like the l-glutamine idea that semperfi mentioned

I get one 14 minute break at 930am and a 16 minute break at noon… those are my 2 meal times at work and by the time those 2 times come around my stomach is dying to eat!

I eat cookies and pizza when I get the urge 😂😂😂😂
