Today is my second day of feeling better. Yesterday I did a very light workout and today I’m thinking about diet. It has been shit since I started Covid. NOTHING BETTER FOR PROTEIN THEN VENISON CHILI. Venison has 25 percent more protein than beef and almost no fat. Beans add fiber and more protein. And tomatoes and onions are bad for ya either. Add in a little habanero and your good to go!!!

Take two acorn squash and two large sweet potatoes bake until soft then spoon out flesh. Mixe with potato masher Then I put fresh apple chunks (preferably Macs) and push them down inside cooked mashed sweet potato squash mixture. Then for topping sprinkle raisins over top. Then In bowl mix half stick melted butter and cup of chopped walnuts. Mix with 4 tblsp brown sugar. Add flour to separate and mix all together put on top. Bake for 350 for 25 minutes. Then broil on low until topping is toasted. @JLee

@Rusty looks like you ARE feeling better…getting that delicious grub in ya. Bambi chili is always good.

@Dirtnasty do you just add peanuts to the dish and heat all together in microwave at work? Looks and sounds good.
