Start subbing in more meat and then also beans and other foods that help digestion. Watch your hydration and you might actually like it better than the heavy carbs

From the 115 carbs necessary for that meal. Like I said I’m going to just use there carbs as guideline and go higher protein lower carbs. Also fat will be higher
I believe that you will really like a higher protein and lower carb diet. The only issue for me would be digestion and hydration. Once you make the change you will get used to needing more hydration.
I mean 15 weeks bulk then 12 cut for summer and just try and maintain till fall bulk. I’m struggling watching the fat go back around mid section a bit but I just tell myself once I’m off dbol it will be a little less bloated and not look as bad
Ya but it could still shrink over time. You lost a shitload around the mid section. I’m just thinking out loud bro. I’d like to see it shrink up for you eventually
