Whats consider to be safe HGH doseages?

Curious… What do you guys (who are on HGH) consider to be safe dosages?

So far I’ve read;
2iu for ‘anti-aging’ (health skin, body repairment, good sense of well-being)
4iu-6iu for fat burning, muscle building
8iu Good amount of fat-burning, building muscle…
10iu and up… No clue.

What about side effects of each dosage?
At which point do you start to see the Palumboism or HGH Gut…?

Let’s hear your thoughts!/suggestions/ideas!
 
I personally believe that the gut comes from using igf1 or using enough hgh to create a situation where the igf1 in someone is at the point where organs start to grow.

For me its 2iu I don’t need anymore than that but im not a bber

I really like 5ius preworkout while bulking. For cutting I prefer 3 times a day dosing of 2ius each time. I think the gut distention is more from IGF1 and insulin. The best way to use insulin and limit any gut distention is using fast acting insulin only around your workout like Milos subscribes to. A lot of gut distention is from visceral fat accumulation due to elevated blood glucose levels/insulin resistance, along with insanely large amounts of food.
2ius of HGH is plenty to give you faster recovery, and fat loss. Faster recovery means the opportunity to train more often resulting in faster muscle growth.
