I’m working. Hanging out today at the pasta plant I spend a good majority of my time in. No welding today, simple piddley shit. I’ve eaten 243 g egg whites, 3 whole eggs, 100 g white potatoes; 6 oz tuna, 2 slices sour dough, 14 g Mayo, 30 grams dill relish, 50 grams tomato and 20 g Gouda; next up is 6 oz chicken breast, 150 g sweet potato, and 100g Brussels sprouts. Pre workout is a shake and a tart. If I workout it’ll be squats and close grip bench, but that all hinges on if my batshit crazy wife still thinks I’m cheating on her with the only 3 girls other than her at the gym
