Wife has noticed the fat melting off me and wants in…

Her Stats

42 year old
170 lbs
Active physical with work and the gym fairly consistently for almost a year now.
Her overall strength, especially her upper body, has increased significantly.

I’m willing to experiment on me but not on her. she can be very persuasive tho.

So….
Who has/had a lady friend that got on the gh train and should she mess with a super small dose of var or just try the hgh

Diet ain’t bad but could be better. She eats what I eat and I eat clean a/f 6 days week. She cheats more than I do but Saturday is normally both our get down day.
Thoughts?
Questions?
Concern?
Advice?

Should we get labs? Do women normally need to do that? How often should a women get labs?

Thanks guys

Thunder

Can’t answer of car but doing a little hgh probably wouldn’t be a bad thing as it’s not going to do any changes regarding voice or grow any parts you or her May or May not want grown.

Good point

Always heard 2a day was the starting point but I didn’t consider since it’s not a male hormone the dose would be the same for both male and female

Id stick with @Dirtnasty and if i wanted to take it 1 step further toward safe i use a peptide that squeezes out your natural hgh and really does work like ipamorelin ,seramorilin cjc1295
Or cjc1295 with gac.

My wife loved this bc she was afraid sh3d mess up natty levels of hgh production which she read about in a couple studies.
Just my 2c
Again id go with @Dirtnasty

My wife used to compete in figure, her regimen was 2 IU split into morning and night doses, with Var starting at 5 and upping to 10 mg daily. Along with t3 and clen. There were a couple times where the var went upwards of 20-25 mg daily, but that never lasted very long as she was always worried about virilization

Thank you thank you thanks you!

So 2ius total or 2 twice a day?
Also, in your opinion, is 2.5 mg of var a day a good starting point ?
How long can they run it for?
Thanks again!

Get labs first. Always. If she’s 42 chances are her hormones may already be out of whack.

Lots of steps before introducing androgens into the female body. The thing to remember is sustainability is even more important with females. Androgen exposure leads to virilization. So she takes Var for 8 weeks. What about the other 44 weeks a year? 3mg of testosterone a week puts 90% of women at the upper limit of normal. But you won’t know if she needs HRT unless you get labs.

Start with 1iu. See how she tolerates. Go from there.

Chances are her natural production has already dropped and 1iu will help. Our levels start dropping lates 20’s.
If she tolerates 1iu go to 2. Check her blood sugar.

Androgens should be the last step in the ladder.

Just wanna rep Team Evil GSP here as they have extensive knowledge in their site about how to run cycles for women.

In my experience, they will always steer women towards stuff like hgh, insulin, clen and Metformin before they suggest test. They will always say that steroids are the last thing they should consider unless they are really serious about bodybuilding.
