Womens Cycle gaining muscle and cuting

I need some help here, experienced female who use gear would be very helpful. Also anyone for that matter that knows someone or has better input. My wife wants to start her 2nd cycle, her 1st cycle just consisted of anavar. Upon reading and research I am proposing to her a stack of 10wks @100mg primo and. 8wks@ 10-15 mg anavar…Any thoughts or suggestions…I hear winstrol is a little harder on women
 
Would be helpful to know more about your wife’s diet, training, labs and other supplements. How did she respond to anavar?

Honestly, I think that’s a really bad idea. Granted, I’m definitely more conservative than most on here. But that’s a whole lot of androgens in her system for 10 weeks. To get her to what? What’s the goal? She going on stage? The thing about women taking ass that we have to ask ourselves is what about the other 42 weeks in the year? Why are you focusing on how much she can take for 10 weeks? Is she on TRT now?

Here what I have seen that shows the best possible long term health and wellness for women and PEDs.

With the PED’s being the last possible card to play. If she’s not getting on stage what’s the point of messing with her hormones that much? If everything else is on point 10-15 mg of anavar of even starting at 25mg of primo makes more sense.

She is getting her labs back by Saturday, last time we checked her labs were good, only thing was estrogen was low and prescribed estrodial…She responded decent to 25 mgs daily@8 weeks last time. She is not competing, but honestly she gained 20lbs over the past 1yr 1/2 …she trains more of guy workouts , medium reps 6-12, Sets depending on body parts…pretty much trains like a guy, she likes heavy lifting…but she is know focused on burning off the fast and gaining/preserving the muscles
 
I agree with @Neuro , why? What does the rest of the year look like?
Remember as “easy” as they some some compounds are on women they are all still hormones that cause some “masculine “ side effects. Have you ever heard a wellness competitor speak, they all have deep voices. That said I understand the “want” to get into better shape, that said have you exhausted all other options? Have to tried some T3 with clen?
I would steer you away from primo although it is my favorite compound only for the fact that it is probably the most faked compound ou there.
 
If her focus is burning off fat anavar and primo is waisted in my opinion.

A better option would be ECA or clen and make sure her diet is in check.

It’s damn near impossible to serve to masters in this game. She either needs to focus on building muscle and losing the fat or vice versa. It takes a very rare genetic person to do both.
 
I just read a real good article on this. One of the highlights was about the pro’s coming in so ripped and huge… and that the average joes don’t realize the professional guidance and peds that help them achieve that.

Also… basically after the newbie gains its as you stated, gotta pick one or low and slow trying not to get to “fluffy” in the first place.

I will use me as an example… I’ve lost ~20 pounds in the last 18 months or so. On purpose to facilitate quality of life and health. I lost a substantial amount of fat along with some muscle mass. I can’t ingest the peds like the pros. I’ve lost a lot of strength. BUT I’ve retained/maintained enough muscle to still look good, feel good… retain age appropriate strength.

Caveat… I’m not a unicorn. Just an average old man. The one advantage I’ve got is I’ve been training strength and conditioning for right at 50 years.
 
Oh I left out genetics… you’re either born with it or not. Lose fat retain/build muscle…. Not many can do it.

I think this plays out as about 5 advantages. One for every decade. 😂😂
 
I am no pro, but I do take notes… I believe these were from a VB talk regarding women who want compete:
  • Primo 2nd Most Female Friendly (1-2mg per lb per wk, 6 wks max)
  • NPP Most Female Friendly (1-2mg per lb per wk, 6 wks max)
  • Anavar Female Friendly (.1-.2mg per lb per wk, 6 wks max)

But these are not the lowest hanging fruits to reach for first by Females. They are probably the last thing to explore after diet, training, recovery and testing for hormonal deficiencies have been ruled out and/or addressed and she has reached a plateau naturally.
