Looking for app recommendations for diet logs and exercise logs. I have two different diet logs but I was wondering if anyone uses one they really recommend for tracking macros. What I’m really interested in is a workout log. One that I can create my own workouts and track reps and weight and keep a history. I thought it might be easier than toting a notebook around with me. Thanks in advance.
 
I am old school and use a spiral notebook and ball point pen. It has never failed to provide me 100% accuracy based on my input and I can easily increase the size of the text as my eyes grow older. 😉

I use my phone notes for tracking workouts and then fat secret for nutrition info or google and use solid nutrition bases. Gotta be careful cuz there is a lot of misinformation.
 
Jefit is what’s been working for me! If you use it enough you can build up points for elite use!

Also i’ve found myfitnesspal to be good for diet input
 
Thanks. I’m gonna stick with Carb Manager for now. That’s what I was using for Keto. I’ve been pissing it off with my carb intake this week but it tracks macros which is what I’m after.
