I’ve used clen before. Im
Curious to try albuteral for the morning fast and some cardio but it’s so hard to find it.

Want do you guys use for the cutting phase?

Why not try semiglutide, terzepatide, or retatrutide? There’s another one, but the name isn’t coming to me right now.

Chase Irons YouTube has a ton of info.

I wouldn't use Semaglutide unless you're fat and can't control how much you eat. You can fast and lose fat just the same but you need the discipline to do it.

Not arguing with you at all. I’ve been prescribed ozempic for a while now (diabetes) and I am scared of it. Very dangerous. With my doctors blessing, I take a week off every 6-9 weeks and then half dose and ramp back up to 2mg dosing.

I think GLP-1’s like sema, tirz, and Reta are still way too early in their research stage to know for sure what the health cost is but do your research. Plenty of trials and blogs out there covering all 3. Plenty of side effects from all 3 still emerging. In fact, tirzepatide(mounjaro) has an active lawsuit going.

Also I agree with what @TG said, fasting is an excellent method.

I’m the only one I know in my orbit that’s still on it. Everyone else dropped out due to all kinds of nasties.

Having diabetes tho that's what its meant for. Without the need for it damn the side effects suck.

I wouldn’t use Sema for anything other than diabetes. The new gen’s Tirz, Reta have much better safety profiles, as well as a whole host of positive net effects: decreased systemic inflammation, lower fasting glucose (obviously), improvement in sleep apnea, decrease LVH, and the list goes on. The interesting thing will be to see if those are all a result of massive weight loss or they will also show up in healthy populations using low dose.

I have seen quite a few top level competitors over on other forums using them low dose even during growth phase for the sugar and inflammation control.

Several have used them in prep and said they feel it will eradicate the need for stimulant fat burners etc in the future.

The biggest problems I see are when people ramp up doses too fast, have poor hydration, or eat like shit on them. That’s a recipe for GI problems all damn day.

Well written as usual. You should go check out the peptide and retatrutide subreddits. So many uninformed people using all sorts of crazy doses then stacking sema and tirz or a combination of any. Then they throw in a bunch of random peptides they don’t know about to try to speed up the process. A bunch of lazy fuckers.. it’s insane.

That’s crazy

Just reading that made my small intestines stop working 😂😂 the poison is in the dose you say? I’ll take all three at highest levels and I’ll be skinny in a week!!
Haha seriously dude, I read one yesterday and they were having bad GI issues so their resolution was upping the dose and adding Reta to their Tirz cycle

Well I just puked up my breakfast. About once every 2 months or so I eat too fast and it all comes right back up. Never did this until I started oz… it’s self inflicted for sure but the oz is there.

I’m going to play with semi after my current cycle, so in about 6 weeks.

I have a ton of issues controlling my appetite. And I don’t do casual dieting. I am really strict, count my macros. But when I get hungry, it’s ravenous and it’s extremely hard to control.

I am making progress on cutting my body fat, but it’s painfully slow. I’ll eat in a deficit to the point where I’m ravenous and do it for a month and lose 3lbs.

I’ll start semi at .25mg/wk and go up by .25mg/wk until I find the sweet spot. I’m confident that if I can get 30lbs of fat off in 90 days, I’ll be able to keep it off. I have no issues eating in maintenance.

I honestly would go slower. @BBSQ5 can gladly correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure the GLP1’s have a 6 day half life? So I personally would say go up every 2 weeks just to be safe.

It’s not a race! It’s not going anywhere! It’s already dead, it’s not trying to escape!

Haha jkkkkkk. But on the serious side, it’s not uncommon. The delayed gastric emptying is no joke! But in your case, the control on your A1C has been very impressive.

You are so right!!! I don’t know why I wolf down my food… no reason whatsoever!

Agreed also… that semaglutide is extremely dangerous stuff. 2025… Im going to readdress a few things. That being one of them. Got quarterly doc visit next week. I’m going to start the conversation.
