Hi yall. Glad this week is over,was dealing with insulation,in the heat,I fuckin hate it.im stayin at my ex wife's house,my ex-house,with my ex-dogs til tuesday to dog sit my own fuckin dogs,kinda depressing actually,and I'm gonna mow the grass,power wash the house,fence,take down a few small trees that are covering the fence,cause I'm such a nice kinda guy,and I told her that I'm eating all their food and drinking their alcohol in payment.Not going to gym,today,tomorrow,the day after etc etc you guys get the point.Not listing my meals feels pointless sometimes.Anyfuckinways,hope everyone has a great weekend and appreciates their family and kids.

I’m at the gym right now… yesterday was my last day of work for 10 days. Tuesday I leave for Washington… I need Tuesday to hurry up and come. I need a break from EVERYTHING …

How are things with your daughters?

My oldest and her husband started therapy… he has promised to go to therapy himself as well… I’m hopeful for her, they’re floating the river today. Middle girl just turned 26 last weekend on Father’s Day, we golfed. She’s trying to find a full time job and figure out what she wants to do with her life. Youngest I hope is enjoying her summer, she’s more of mom’s girl. She graduates from HS in October, then I guess welcome to the work force

Working nights so nothing exciting happening here. Hot as hell as well. Later in week I'll be hitting the beach and if it doesn't rain probably do some hiking.

Weather is great over here. 74 yesterday with a breeze blue sky white clouds. Eating the same crap. Chicken rice eggs grits except I'm throwing pizzas and cookies in as well. We'll try to hit legs today. We will be in the 88 this Tuesday though 88th and cloudy

We’ve lost our seasons in Iowa… we were in the mid - high 90’s all week with heat indexes over 100….

Yeah will have 80 Monday 88 Tuesday and then we're going to have a high of 57 on Saturday .. I'm outside working right now building a lumber mill so hopefully I don't lose too much weight on Tuesday
