Good morning all.i been slacking lately.
Got up ate a banana had a vanilla Animal shake,blended with strawberries.went to gym did legs,and then tire flipped.no work.
Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,5 hb eggs no yolk,3 pieces of toast,peach chobani,water and coffee.Not sure about lunch.Dinner will be chicken something,rice and a salad.
It's hot today,so I'm thankful for not working.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
well good news and bad news yesterday I get to retake my physical and maybe start work. Again next week but it looks liken u wasted a while bunch of time waiting on another woman who isn’t reZlDt for a relationship
