Yeah, little edema from water and my BP goes up. I shit you not. My cheat yesterday was watermelon with salt, just 8 lbs of water later. So if its not gone tomorrow 40mg Lasix.

Yeah, I eat plain chicken and rice. Nothing maybe cilantro and lime. Shakes and coffee. Was super unhealthy for a while and still all out whack. Salt makes me retain water bad. And it was a lot.
Yes, and my PCP is aware. Not happy about it but liver enzymes and kidney function are surprisingly fine. As in I am more worried than him about previous damage. And above all thanks for checking on that.

I have done so much damage in regards to homeostasis from alcohol, keto diets etc...My therapist is okay with all of this. I eat 2750 cal, 240 C & P 80 or so fats. I used to starve, binge eat etc...drink. I am so regimented...but I eat. I eat chicken, rice and shakes. Supplemented for deficits. Spinach salads with EVOO and pepper, fresh fruit and veggies. If eat salt, bloating. If I had wine Id fall over. Did clen last night as a PWO and it sucked. Probably cutting that out. The healthier I get it seems the more fucking sensitive I am to everything. Obviously what I have cut out is the worst.

Can me off everything to help pass physical and well failed breathing test again so back to unemployed everything good going for my life is now gone so u may blast 5 grams and see if I can get this heart to explode in me
