Time To Get Lean With USP

So far back on track. Maybe can get enough data in between now and check ins to make some changes to plan, if not we just keep training hard and putting in the work. Shoulder pump today was insane. Might even be sore tomorrow lol. Time for cardio and food

Legs ✅
Solid leg session. Glute machine was taken so I hit abs instead. Knee is working with me so hope it stays this way. Still a lot of work to be done in the leg department but I’m motivated and will make it happen just going to take time!

Push day ✅
Everything is falling right into place. The fat is literally melting off daily. The way things are moving I’ll be rebounding a lot sooner than I anticipated. Solid workout tonight. Really getting deep stretches and squeezing the muscle on sets. I can tell the foods low though muscles getting tired a lot faster

Late night pull session done. Lats and bis are on fire. We’ve started a tradition my wife and I like to take the baby Saturday mornings to the farmers market we always get her different foods to snack on through the week she loves it. Spent all day out of town just doing our grocery shopping and also got our Halloween costumes. Plenty of steps today and getting my 35 min cardio now. I’m dropping weight like crazy. I’ve never had an veins in my life but I do now lol

I can tell I’m taking longer rests between sets lol. Energy levels aren’t as high as when I’m shoving lots of carbs but oh well longer rest times it is. Delts are burning real good. Since I switched to the cuff on cable laterals I can tell a huge difference. Now time to finish out this cardio

Solid workout! Did really slow deep hack squats, felt so good I did a couple extra sets and I killed my legs. Tomorrow going to be rough forsure 🤣appetite is getting better day by day. It’s been rough forcing my meals down but today was actually looking forward to next meal so I was happy with that. That food poisoning screwed everything up, I don’t wish that on anyone in this sport.

Awesome leg day last night. Coach gave me a cheat meal. Double cheeseburger and fries so put it to good use and blasted my legs real good! Everything is on point. Perfect plan and execution going down. My confidence in bodybuilding is getting stronger everyday just watching my physique morph.

Pull day ✅
Late one tonight. Had a long ass day did a float in a parade for my wife’s family and spent pretty much all day up at her grandmas doing stuff then left there and went and did all our grocery shopping. By the time I got home I was tired and did not want to go to gym. But I feel like those moments are what determines how bad someone really wants it and separates the boys from men… so I came and crushed my workout ended up with a nasty pump couldn’t even do but 1 and a half pull up’s at the end of my workout 😂 and doing my cardio now

Feeling good today! Got a good nights rest had a great church service this morning and got the gym earlier than normal today! Killed my workout and now doing my cardio ready to eat and chillax the rest of the day! Hope yall had a good weekend

Pretty decent workout overall. I’m going to have to swap hack squats out with something else. I’ve tried it every different way and it kills my knees no matter what I do I know it’s the machine because nothing else kills my knees like that, It’s an old piece of junk. Other than that everything else is good! Triceps are coming in nicely..
