Hi all.still didn't start deck job and fuck the gym today..I'm feeling kinda funky today,ive officially been off antidepressants for 37 days,Lotta up and downs,I was on meds so long I forget what it's like to be off them.I know it takes time,but it's shitty...if I had access to drugs like Xanax,right now I'd be abusing them to escape this,but right now alls I have is,a 6pack weed and mushrooms and I'll be abusing them all day today.
Breakfast= food n water.
Lunch= weed n beer
Dinner=who knows.
Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training today. Sitting in a doctor's office in Boston with my daughter. Nothing serious. Just sinus issues. Driving into this place is stressful and driving out is probably going to be worse. Breakfast was a protein shake, 2 English muffins egg sandwiches. Dinner with be 🤷‍♂️ but Im definitely having a couple of shots of tequila when I get home.

My day has been not great so far but not every gym session can be great. Honestly i did so little if im feeling better tomorrow i can always try and hit legs again or maybe jaut do squats the. Do regularly scheduled push day.
 
Diets been all over the place. Oatmeal x2, meatloaf mash potatoes gravy green beans, diner (my usual breakfast), 2x double cheeseburgers, chicken thighs rice and cornbread.
