Hi all.all I did was tire flip,6 four minute intervals.breakfast was vanilla yogurt,added 4 oz whole milk,cut up strawberries, and 1 scoop of Animal vanilla protein,1 sesame bagel plain,bananna water.not sure what else I'm doing today,smoke weed,pace around my place.Lunch will be two turkey n swiss,lettuce,tomato on some bread,half can of chic peas right out the can.No sure about main part of dinner,but there will definitely be a salad and other half of chic peas.Today I am grateful for the plethora of knowledge that people here bring to the table and the camaraderie.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
