Crazy that it can import over to your app as well. Skynet is on the move.
Now I have it adapted to dumbbells since I don't have a spot at night and usually by myself in gym. And will update and replace what's needed.

Okay I am throughly impressed. I have heard through the grapevine that some very popular coaches have been using AI to write their programs for their clients but shit, this amount of detail is in another level.

Lets say you gave it more access to bodybuilding books, actual top coaches writing their thoughts and findings. It already has access to what people say on forums. But you could really detail it out to develop good cycles and training.

Man instead of hiring coach I was looking into using an app for more serious workouts when I feel the time comes to save money as I don’t make what I used to. This Looks like a real nice viable oprion now

I'll come to train! I could probably get a faster surgery! I would love to follow that program. I've always done volume, 1 heavy, 1 light per week. I've seen DC work with Dusty Hanshaw ahem, after I beat a young Dusty, he ended up a pro 4 or so years later. The weights were huge. He kinda ruined his physique, imo, with just too much, too much🫢. The exercises that are listed don't seem crazy but I think the complete failure is key. I never have a spot anymore so drops. And triple drops are my go to. I never could get into rest pause. The supplement part is impressive. Diet of course...I can hardly afford enough protein in this time.

With YouTube and social media…. A coach is becoming less and less necessary for the mechanical component of training.
I’ll be honest about the reason I hire a coach anymore is to make sure I’m more locked in. Like I’m paying somebody I better do this or I’m wasting money
