I’ve always been on a bulk cycle, i.e. eat anything I like. At 63, being under 10% is waay too hard to maintain, and being old and ripped isn’t a thing and to be honest, a bit creepy.

. I’ve always said my bulk is beer and pizza. My cheat meal is pizza and beer. I am much more happier than forcing myself to eat a diet that just makes me angry.

And being in the downhill side of aging, happiness means a lot more than being crabby and ripped.

I still lift, pretty heavy for an old guy, plus have the youngins ask me for advice. I know that’s not much direction in shredding, just felt like writing a minute since I’ve been gone for a while. My job has kind of limited my free time as you can imagine. Hope yall are doing well!!
