started Retatrutide about 3 weeks ago, the appetite suppression is really strong, actually caught me off guard. Having to force myself to eat isnt something I’m used to lol. Anyone else on it or tried in the past? How was your experience?

How’s that treating you?
Pretty good. Very powerful drug. I’ve lost ~40 pounds trying to get my sugar under control.

I ramped up to 2 mg pretty quick. I self regulate (with docs blessing) now. I will abstain from weekly dosing every 4-8 weeks and then ramp back up over a couple of weeks. That seems to keep my intestinal tract healthy.

I’ve found, over the years, that I can eat through it if I want to. I stay pretty active so it’s not so much of a big deal.

My experience has been really good. I started back in October at 0.25 mg and even split the dose, running it Monday and Thursday, then slowly worked my way up. I’m just now around 3 mg.

Started at 280 and I’m at 214 now. Strength is still there and overall I feel good.
The biggest thing is not rushing it. Every time I increased, I made sure I felt good first. If something felt off, I held or backed down.

Most of the bad experiences I see come from people starting too high or increasing too fast. Listen to your body, not a chart.

That’s awsome brother! Thanks for your input!

I just ran through whatever literature I could find on GLP-1 GHPH (sic); I shall run like Forrest Gump.

Now that I have a second: Semeglatude apparently might cause a 40% muscle loss as starvation is indiscriminate. I.E. Ozempic face, so not for me at this point. Is that across the board for normal people or can I avoid that? I eat too much but self control I think is going to work for me. Retatrutide, sounds wonderful are the GI disruptions common and or all that bad? I am considering as I have maintained on my own from 298 down to 175 lots of test and mast and gym time but I eat well. As far as the Gump joke, I don't want to be a marathon runner. I don't mind running, two miles is about it though. We changed routines this week to faster paced, keeping heat rate up and loving the stir machine.

Hell fucking no,ain't trying it,NO suppression needed. Also I have enough "natural" suppressants"....oh you ask like what John, well,
Depression, anxiety, pissing off/upsetting my daughter, nightmares, working outside all summer in the heat, just to name a few

Absolutely love It started at 1mg while I was still pushing food. Bumped to 2mg before I felt appetite suppression.

At 2mg my cystatin C, hs-crp, lipids, and liver enzymes all showed improvement. Will definitely be adding it back in low dose after show is done.
