Today I am thinking to myself that everything we are going through now can be a big blessing. I heard the market is about to become flooded with foreclosures I’m the next two months. We have always dreamed of a nice country home where we can have lots of animals and shoot our guns and pee in our bushes.

We are hitched onto a big company that does a ton of hospital work. Which never gets affected by recessions. And everything is about to come crumbling down around us. I really think if everything does crash we will be in a lot better place then most folks because of the shitty situation we are in now.

If it does tank I will come out on top. In 2013 I bought a house a few years after the last crash for 100k. Sold it last year for 169k. Was a post divorce thing. Course input 30 k into it and some sweat equity plus closing cost and realtor fees so didn’t make out as good as it looks but the thing is I may get lucky again and get a nice home for under value. Mean while just do the best we can and prepare for the future.

Yeah the housing is nuts right now. Houses are going 50 grand more than there suppose to. I can see something coming to a low!!

Good for you brother. Got the wife and kid both working with me now at the new hospital. Things are going well with us too!! Can’t wait to get settled in Gonna have to live in motels for a month waiting for next house. Hate this shit. Gonna be hard with diet living in motels. At least I think we have just one that is available all month and allows dogs.
