Raw Cutlery Sponsored Log (Road To Domination)

Don't Give Up!!!

Good afternoon everyone, I want to say to everyone who is competing to not give up if you're in hops of getting your pro-card. I say this because It took my 3 years to nail it and garner my pro-card.

I competed in the NPC National Championship in Orlando, Florida, back in 2022 I placed 9th out of 29. I was a little perturbed as I thought I deserved to make the top 6. I did not have a coach at this time and it was all me. So I went back to the drawing board to configure a plan to get better.I thought I looked good here but I was outsized as I came in a little small for the weigh in as I thought being tight and sharp was everything.

Then in 2023 I competed in the NPC National Championship in Texas, where this time I placed 4th out of 17. I was upset but there was such a sense of accomplishment as I had gotten this far by myself. I knew at that point with everything in me that I was going to go pro next year. As I would have an extra set of eyes to help me push and go further. I was 2 spots away as the top 2 go pro in each category, I was so happy as last year I was 9th, so I made a significant jump, therefore progress had been made.

Then there was North Americans in Pittsburgh PA, where the competition was REAL!! I came into North Americans with an attitude of, this is my show, I came into this show incredibly confident and ready to take what I seen as mine. I woke up the morning of the show being full, ripped, hard and dense. I knew the hard work had paid off and I also knew that utilizing a coach paid off. It was 3 years in the making but it happened because changes were made in the pursuit of said pro-card. This is a marathon not a sprint, you're only competing with yourself while in the process of getting on stage.

Don't stop and DO NOT GIVE UP if this is what you want. You can do it, you just have to make transitions during your process. Most of all you have to believe in yourself, you have to know you're that dude before anybody ever tells you you are.

God bless you all, and keep fighting to get better, as you don't know how close you are to reaching what you consider your individual success.

You work so hard and stay 100% dedicated to your training and your nutrition! I can’t wait to see you step on the Olympia stage! I’ll be rooting for you!
RESPECT! 🙏

Great day for chest day guys, happy with where things are going and Im noticing the latts are protruding a bit more, it's about damn time!!! The YK-11 has been great as I'd never taken injectable YK before but heard so much about it. I feel strong, I feel energized and I wake up ready to get after it.
Now I'm cutting down from 225lbs to about 215lbs, so the plan is to lose a pound to pound and a 1/2 per week. Sit and hold and then do 1 more growth phase to jump up to about 230lbs then hold that weight, and from there start doing a couple warm up shows before the big show.

Thank you to @US-pharmacies for your professionalism and giving me the opportunity to be your athlete.

Wednesday is posterior day for me, my love for deadlifts will always cause me to be very excited for this day. Im happy to see the latts are growing and this is due to the emphasis placed on posterior day!!

We got about 13 months until the show, I am training very hard and with a bit of fear, as I DO NOT want to embarrass myself on stage.

Let's all please continue to motivate each other and try your damnest not to get hurt while in the process of getting better.

Good evening everyone, I want to say happy Friday, I think you all should congratulate yourselves as you've made it this far throughout the year. Many of you have accomplished things that you never thought you would. Like losing weight, getting stronger, leaner, stepping on stage and just overall being more healthy as an individual.

Be proud of yourselves, but also realize the year is not over with, there are about 17 weeks left in this year. Therefore there is still time to lose a couple more pounds, add numbers to your lifts, get blood work done and continue to push hard as you promised yourself earlier this year that you would.

I for one don't necessarily see a need to pop champagne and celebrate, as the jobs not finished... There is still work to do, so give yourself your individual flowers, see and understand what you have accomplished so far, but know that there is still room for improvement within each and every one of us.

The job is not finished, so please keep going, stay motivated, and don't get hurt in the process.

@US-pharmacies Thank you for everything and specifically being a consummate professional.

Today for me was the second half of leg day, Im now 218lbs from 225lbs, I'm dropping down to 210lbs and that's it!!! NO MAS... lol

Top lifts today were

Barbell Squats: 225lbs warm up X 10, 315lbs X 10, 405lbs X 8, 450lbs X 6, 450lbs X 6, then backdown to 315lbs X 10
Leg Press: 630lbs X 10 for 4 sets, so that's 14 45lbs plates
