    Ouch ab cramps hurt bad. 10min is a long time, i had one that lasted about 5 min and that was bad. Do you ever have your jaw cramp and you literally cannot open your mouth, i hate those also.

    BPC157 helped me when i hurt i pec a bit, ran 500mcg injected into hurt area for 3 weeks, with lots of blood flow work. Working with a good physical therapist can help to, my insurance for PT is only $20. Best of luck

    thats good. at my gym there is one guy same age is me and has the sumo deadlift genetics of a god, pulls 800lbs at 190lbs. But other lifts are not even close.

    12.5mg couple times per week. i take 12.5 mg 3-5x per week on 1g test. everyone varies best way is to take an estrogen test.
