Dirts tren harder than last time log

Got bout 7 hours of sleep so 3 more than normal actually felt more tired for a the first coupl hours of work. I do feel like I m digesting food better getting the extra sleep I’m going to hit back tomorrow then take off weekend abs back at it hard on Monday 525 for 5 is goal they have new bars on the bench at gym can’t wait to break in
 
294 today been eating my face off Gigi to do light back workout with maybe some high rep rack pulls instead of dead’s then get my double time 12 hour shift woo goig to make about 500 today
 
I’ll be at about 90 hours for the week fuck but won’t work ot unless it’s day shift on second off day till after meet. Deload makes it easier to work more either the less recovery needed

Yep just woke up xtremepy dehydrated like if I bend muscles tighten up
And was 289 on scale so I’ve def added good lean mass so far this cycle. I’m bout to eat some chicken then pick up pizza and decide whether to go out for a drink tonight to juat get out of house
 
Looking forward to lifing heavy agai this week really struggle with those deloads. But I’m sure when I get in bench I’ll be happy I did take one
 
Ok todays pwo 100’g tne and 100 Abomb. About 240 mg of caffeine starting to feel something still got 45 till gyms. Thought about adding M1t in the mix but stepped back and want to use that in mini blast in between cycles in its own just to see what it does. So will stick to the ablombs three days a well as orals
 
505 for 5 today was hoping for 515 but 10 pound increase still good I’m making sure to pause first rep get used to pause then it’s just touch and go to lake sure im going as heavy as possible

Ouch ab cramps hurt bad. 10min is a long time, i had one that lasted about 5 min and that was bad. Do you ever have your jaw cramp and you literally cannot open your mouth, i hate those also.
 
Yeah you yawn and boom it’s hurt time. I’m starting to sweat more in sleep so I guess I’ll just get and iv or just do to 4-5 hours of sleep every night cause I’m literally dehydrating by sleeping

To pecs and triceps as well I haven’t had it this bad since starting liquid ivs. I guess I’ll just chug one when ever I’m get I g more sleep than normal at one of my wake ups cause for about two hours I was miserable till I chugged water with salt packets. On positive side I feel like I got good workout if they start seizing
 
3 hours sleep tops but I feel
