Dirts tren harder than last time log

Yeah I got all those down pretty well I was worried about squat depth till today now I think I’m fine now I just have yo trust grip on dead’s and I think the sky’s the limit
 
We got four guys from gym doig same comp so it’s been fun juat pushing each other currently differnevt age groups and weight classes but you know we all want to come back with the gold
 
thats good. at my gym there is one guy same age is me and has the sumo deadlift genetics of a god, pulls 800lbs at 190lbs. But other lifts are not even close.
 
I’m going to do a sumo block I’m too old school to do as main. But would like to give it go and see what I can do after 8 weeks.
 
So growing. Up I was always an explosive lifter but I would go from something looking easy to adding little
Weight and just failing. Now that I’m older man nothing moves fast but it’s def easier to gauge what I will fail at. Liek if I try and explode with press it juat sys naw we gojg this speed brother.

You’re doing it right. Supposed to explode…firing cns and muscular strength…the weight might not look like it’s moving fast but your body is working optimally to move it. Speed work with bands or chains doesn’t work for everybody but it did for me so long as I was applying max force on the submax weight.

I put almost 100 pounds on my bench by using submax weights and pushing at max force.
 
Jm Blakey said speed work doesn’t matter cauae your never moving your top weight fast haha so just focus on moving the weight. It just hurts my elbows when I try and explode h th e weight anymore. I think my triceps need more recovery from Monday chest day so splitting them
To shoulder might be best.

Oh yeah one of the biggest in his day. Speed work doesn’t work for lots of folks.
 
I mean it could lead down the dark path of speed work then next you know I’m doing meth work cooking up my own bands in a trailer haha
 
Don’t go down that path hahaha. We were just talking about that here. The trailer hood across the highway hasn’t had a meth lab bust in forever. Way over due.

Month apart
 
Ok so we are 3 weeks 4 days into 1050 test 700 dhb and 700 tren. And by god this is the best mentally I have felt in I don’t know how long. I almost think I feel happiness. And usually when I feel good there is thoughts shit won’t last but I don’t know this feels like I’m gofinto be in good place for a good while. Is my brain so fucked that tren makes it better haha
