Hello John , I have contacted several times their support contact , only on 1/16 a real person already replied saying they handed the package to USPS and since the order was made
On Thursday 01/11 and that following Monday 1/15 was a holiday, they were probably just need to scan the package. However, this never happened and USPS still shows they are waiting for the package, they were supposed to
Follow up but they never did. Yesterday , I followed up and I received the below message and no one got back to me with an update”
“Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will contact our shipping department to inquire about the status of your delayed order. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
At this point, since they are saying they shipped the package, although USPS shows they never received it, I think I just lost my funds… I am being negative lol
