My breakfast with fruit & coffee.

Training today what I was supposed to train yesterday… Since I slacked
 
Gym at 5, back and bi’s. 80g protein shake. Yogurt, tuna, and a banana for lunch. Black ice coffee throughout. Started using the Cialis this week and been getting really good pumps and my joint seems to just kinda hang better all day which is cool. Dinner is zucchini taco boats - zucchini cut in half long ways topped with seasoned ground beef, avocado, pico de gallo, and shredded Mexican cheese. One of my favorites and it’s healthyish
