A couple of interesting things but it seems like it keeps the levels of estrogen stable even though they still go up and down possibly could help stop hormone roller coaster or just help estrogen not explode when using hcg I can think of alot of reasons that this could help even with acne if it works like it says it does it will help acne from just exploding overnight
