Guys this app costs a little bit but im happy with it. I can get a new guided workout everyday. I catch myself always getting into the same habit workout. This has got me mixing it up more. I got this app a couple of days ago and ive been going light because of my accident but im looking forward to a straight month of doing the full plan.
I will keep you updated on my progress and this app updates with new things alot I keep getting notifications with great info.
