With anavar I found to keep the cramping away I have to take 2 grams taurine before and after training and another 2 grams throughout the day. I have to take a magnesium supplement upon waking and before bed.
I take anavar a couple hours preworkout.
With double your water intake
All the Lipid support supplements
6 weeks max
1/2 the mg most do (what you would call a girl does)
2 hours before workout for some recovery benefits
Split dose
It crushes my lipids, and negatively impacts my single digit SHBG so I don’t like it.
I found anavar to be great. I did split up the dose morning and supper time but that doesn’t mean it’s the best way to take it though. I didn’t have any negative side though.
