They are indeed changing. I’m changing.

If you’ve spent anytime with me over the past few years you know…. I’ve been as conservative as it gets dosing AAS.

While I think the protocols I’ve laid out will work for a lot of people. They won’t get a lot of people where they want their physique.

Here’s what I have found to be true…

Genetics rule the world. Not just muscle bellies. Not just muscle insertions. Not just metabolism. But equally as important… how you respond to AAS.

That brings up the importance of labs. You have to know how YOU respond to the drugs you’re taking.

Nothing is universal. Nothing is concrete. I know guys who take 2g of test, g’s of other gear, Anadrol and dbol at the same time… and have never had a single lab value out of place.

Take YOUR dose. Check YOUR labs. Reach YOUR goals, YOUR way. Just make sure you can do it your way for as long as possible.

I already set my labs up for when I finish cycle and compete. That Friday will be labs eat some then I’m getting fucked up proper in ashville or Greenville depending where the better show is

This is the key. Talking to guys that are new to the game just seem to think if I feel good I’m fine… you’re on steroids… you’re going to feel like a god even if you’re dying inside.

@TG is a great example, he’s got a personal encyclopedia of his own blood work.

Early detection and alteration is key. Before things get too far down the rabbit hole.
