I stuffed them with a slice of cappacola or prosciutto and then a piece of roasted tomato and added goat cheese with herbs it was amazing with the prosciutto and goat cheese
Funny thing is the chuck steak taste better lmao. And easier to cook. However I am not the chef guys like @JB_rD81 are I don’t have near the experience so a proper brisket is definitely better.
